Share with us the qualities of leadership you admire and how you express those in your life.

Definitely started off with learning realizing what it takes to be a great supporting follower. If the leader has pono intentions and trying to accomplish a goal for and with the hui then the movement will last longer. If that leader forgets nor doesn't take care of those who helped accomplish the goal then the essence of that movement dies off shortly after his or her term. I had many many and continue to have and meet many leaders in my life that helped mold me into the leader I am today. Stay humble but always keep raising your bar and malama those around you.
