Share with us a little about yourself and what you do. I am a singer songwriter/producer from Ewa Beach Hawai'i. I love everything about music and I make songs that inspire people to be free. I credit most of my musical influences to the surf and skate culture in the islands.

Why is the work that you do important to you? The community? I think as a Musician I have a big responsibility for influencing the people. I have the power to give to our community a positive outlet through live shows and using my platform to help. Music is one of the most powerful things we have and it can change the world.

Share with us the qualities of leadership you admire and how you express those in your life. I aspire to be a leader who treats everyone the same. I believe everyone should treat each other with respect. I am the type of person to treat every person I meet the same way, with kindness and respect. I like to think I'm a natural problem solver and as a leader I think its very important to always fix problems and constantly finding better solutions to issues.

Who has inspired you to do the work that you are doing? I've been really inspired by musicians from Hawai'i like Leslie Ludiazo, Imua Garza, Kimie Miner and all of the friends I work on music with. My grandpa Doug Mossman, inspired me to start playing music as a kid and Im very inspired by his legacy in Hawai'i.
