Why is the work that you do important to you? The community?

We need to stay firm in the protection of our resources for future generations. Our Ohana have been the Konokiki in this ahupuaa for over 30 generations. We all need to maka’ala the resources we have throughout the pa’iana. I believe Ke Aka will guide us. Ku Lokahi kakou.

Share with us the qualities of leadership you admire and how you express those in your life.

I admire the qualities of being patient with those you lead, firm but patient. Trusting in Akua he will guide us. Be a good listener, think before I speak and seek guidance from Akua. Be firm and true.
